About Mary
Inhale the future,
Exhale the past.
By my late twenties I had been diagnosed with several auto-immune conditions, including ulcerative colitis, thyroid dysfunction — as well as migraines, a torn ACL and meniscus, neurological Lyme disease and a host of co-infections.
My health issues were complex, proper diagnoses hard to come by, and effective treatment even more so.
With side effects gaining on me and western medicine failing me, I finally found Chinese medicine.
I found answers. I found treatment. And I found myself living a life I absolutely love.
I wanted more than to just heal symptoms - I was looking to transform the way I lived my life. That’s what my practice is all about now, providing patients with an opportunity for sustainable health, personal growth & transformation.
When we slow down, whether by choice or by illness, it becomes easier to recognize the connections between your past state of mind and your current reality.
What you focus on now will determine what comes next. Inhale the future, exhale the past. Where the mind goes, Qi follows.

Testimonials
“Mary’s healing gift is multifold and multifaceted, in reaching the unreachable layers within me she switched on the lights and created a cascade of indescribable changes in my life. I came to see Mary for chronic skin issues, lifelong sensitive skin, acne and scarring, but feel like she’s done so much more for me. She is truly a force of nature and everyone who is graced by her presence is in the hands of an incredible healer.”

“Mary Deminie is more than an acupuncturist. She is an expert caretaker and healer, and channels her gifts into every treatment she gives. I have been seeing her for acupuncture for 3 years for MS, anxiety and overall poor health. In that time, I have become stronger and calmer in body and mind, and have also noticed a spiritual awakening; I had no idea that acupuncture could do this for me! I am convinced that it is not just the practice itself, but the practitioner.”
— Anne D.
“Mary’s treatments have made a big impact on my life, creating openings I had no idea were even blocked, and affecting so much transformation for me physically. After suffering from several auto-immune conditions (IBS, Hypothyroidism). She has opened my eyes to what healers are capable of, she is truly exceptional.”

“As a healer, Mary sees people for who they are in a completely nonjudgmental and loving, supportive way. To be in her presence is to be truly seen and acknowledged. My life will never be the same.”
